Your guide to high-end televisions
Televisions
undeniably hold an important position in almost every household. The never-ending saas-bahu serials, world
cups, news, Tom and Jerry cartoons would not have held such an important
impression in each of our lives had televisions not been there. However, the
old-school box televisions that we had back when we were young had gradually
started to lose its position as flat-screened 32 inches, 40 inches LED TVs, etc overtook. Therefore, the landscape of
television technology has seen various significant changes and improvements,
offering a plethora of technologies ranging from QLEDs to Android OS, to 4K-UHD.
The coming of the internet generation has also led to the advent of internet
TVs.
With the advent
of the latest technology and innovations, televisions can no longer be termed
as an idiot-box. It is rather that device which binds the entire world
together. Watching television broadens our perspective in various fields as it
is that medium through which we come to know about what is happening in any
part of the world. Although, internet too helps with that, but for our
grandparents and even parents, the traditional television is their daily dose
of infotainment. Today, LED TVs have taken over the market in full swing. With
features like Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) panels, it lights up
individual pixels on the screen, making it soothe the eye. Today, the sizes of
LED ranges from the basic 32 to 40-inch LED
TV to as big as 64 inches. Along with wider viewing angles which provide
ultra HD resolution, these TVs also include features like built-in Wi-Fi.
Therefore, now you don’t have to watch your favourite Netflix show on your
laptop screens. You can directly access internet in your TVs now, all you need
is a Wi-Fi connection at home!
However, a 32-inch
to a 40-inch LED TV is more likely
to be found in most households as the luxury of owning a 64 inch does not
pertain to all families. Therefore, 32 inch LED TV price may range from something as minimal as 20,000 to a good
75,000. The price range basically depends on what brand are you opting. Today,
there are numerous brands in the market which offers LEDs at very low prices
too. But the decision of being a smart buyer is yours. You need to research
well enough if you want to invest in a good deal. However, talking about the
prices of grand home-theatres, it will cost you quite a lot. It may come up to
something as high as 2-4 lakhs! Therefore, the prices of LED TVs are such that
it can be aided to most families in India. If you are someone who does not want
to spend a fortune on TVs, you can opt for the 32-inches as its price is affordable and are available with
excellent features too. However, if you do not mind spending a fortune and want
to equip your house with an A-class home theatre, then you should go for the
larger LED screens!
